About Iraivee – A Legacy of Culture and Empowerment
Founded in 2018, Sri Satguru Yoga Vedanta Trust is a registered non-profit organization under the Government of Tamil Nadu, with Registration No. 47/2018 (dated 31/12/2018) and Niti Aayog Registration No. TN/2023/0335442. Registered under Ministry of Culture, Govt of India.
CSR 1 Certificate registration No: Registered Under Ministry of Corporate Affairs Companies
Act 2013 bearing No: CSR00077867 dated 30/08/2024.

Aanandh Jayaram and Mrs. S. Kavya Aanandh Jayaram, the trust is committed to preserving India’s rich cultural heritage while ensuring it is celebrated and passed down to future generations.

Organization
Our organization defined as a systematic arrangement of coordinating people having defined responsibilities and working toward common objectives.
Administration
Administration of the organization is defined as the function of an enterprise that determines the overall policy and objective. It also enables daily running of the organization by directing conduct and control.
Purpose
Our purpose is the overall objective of any work or act.
Policy
Policy of our organization is the overall guideline adopted to achieve the purpose. Decisions on policy need an assessment of the purpose in relation to the available resource and the future prospects and condition for seen so that the basic means of applying the resource can be decided and defined as a policy
Planning
Planning is that branch our organization's management which decides, how the resource of the organization can be best used to attain the policy purpose and policy.
Project
The each and every project is directly control by Managing Director.
PRINCIPLE OF OUR MANAGEMENTS
Here we are giving different principles of our (Iraivee A school of culture & yoga) Management that includes:
Division of work
Among the skilled personnel to increase efficiency and output.
Authority
Right to give order and expect to see them obeyed. This flows from top to bottom.
Responsibility
Responsibility that flow from bottom to top and sometimes from Top to Bottom.
Discipline
It is represented in our organization strictly by punctuality, obedience, respect, and honesty.
Unity of command
As in our practice order are given by only one superior that is our Managing Director.
Management objectives
All efforts are coordinated for specific objective.
Priority of Business Interest
it is expected from overall organization's interest
Hierarchy
it is the maintaining among all employees for successful execution of order.
FUNCTIONS OF OUR ORGANIZATION'S MANAGEMENT
Here we are explaining in brief about the functional system of
our organization’s Management:
Forecasting
It is based on judgement of future scenario and taking related decisions.
Planning
It means to think before action about the possible course of action.
Organizing
In our trust / organization there is a system to arranging the resources according to plan to achieve the objective.
Motivating
In our trust, it is the duty of seniors to encourage and stimulating the target people to work according to the plan for attaining the objective of purpose.
Coordinating
It is an art of integrating and harmonizing the employee's efforts to achieve the objective with least duplication, overlapping and redundancy of work.
Controlling
In our organization controlling which means controlling of activities effectively to follow the course fixed in planning to achieve the desired standard of the output. Controlling also takes care of comparing the actual standard of output with a pre-determined standard text notice of deviation from the plans and its responsible for taking corrective action. In total quality control (TQC) is an important function of our management.
Communicating
Here communicating means transmission of instruction and information to all concerned department. In our SCT there is no communication gap between staffs/ employees and the management.
Leadership
In our organization means the quality of manager's that enable them to drive the working groups steadily, efficiently and effectively towards achieving the predetermined objectives.
Directing
In our organization we understand the direction means a system of driving the plan into action by a manager or a team leader, so that desired output can be achieved efficiently.
Decision making
This is the most important function of management. Correct decisions are essential for sustaining any system permanently. As we think that a correct decisions sufficient and correct information are essential. In our opinion decision based incorrect information shall be incorrect decision and any decisions, taken on the basis of insufficient information can be fatal.
